Service sucks cold food, drinks are not calibrated correctly taste like s***.. management don't give a damn.. dirty store guarantee I'll never patronize here again
November, 2017. I revisited about a week later hoping that my 1st visit was a really bad day for the staff. They redeemed themselves by serving a Quarter Pounder and fries cooked correctly. The soda pop was fresh and cold.
I appreciate the consistency of a national chain. This joint isn't consistent based on other reviews as well as my own experiences.
October, 2017. This place is adjacent to I-94 and I think bus loads of travelers stop here unannounced. They get slammed with customers and aren't able to keep up. I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru before being able to place my breakfast order. They delivered my food quickly afterwards. They served me the most undercooked hash browns I have ever seen from a McD's. The bacon on the sandwich had been cooked barely long enough to safely consume. They made up for undercooked food by serving me a large cup of burnt coffee.
**The. Worst. ** They kept taking orders but weren't making the food until the lobby was about five tickets deep. No sign of movement or even staff in the back. Finally, after almost 15 mins of nothing, a few of started nagging them to fill orders please!! And then half the order was cold. This staff really should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely no pride in themselves or any type of direction or work ethic. **Cannot recommend in the least**
Strangest McDonald's ever. The wall art is creepy. There are mouth stickers all over their "activity center" which is just a strange empty display. There was no toilet paper but someone took the time to write a note to that effect. And some alarms wouldn't stop going off. Oh and everything looked filthy. I don't expect much from McDonald's, but holy Hannah.
Filthiest McDonald’s I have ever seen! It was disgusting! I was horrified. The staff was very unkempt looking as well. I’ve never left such a terrible review. I feel bad but they really need to CLEAN up their act LITERALLY !
